It's Teachers' Day Celebration for all schools today. As usual, my school had celebration & ended as early as 11am just for students to visit their teachers in their primary school. That was what I did! Texted Mrs Loong few days ago just to ensure that she will be in school today. :D
Texted Debbie Dear this morning & asked her to help me buy chocolates for both Mrs Tan & Ms Jiang. Wrote a small card for Mrs Tan before giving the chocolate to her. She was so surprised when I gave it to her as I wasn't her student.
I wrote,"Dear Mrs Tan, I truly admire you as a teacher as your elegance resembles one of my favourite primary school teacher. This is a gift to you. Stay pretty! -Carin"
I walked to her class & while she was blocked by Mr Lee, I shouted,"Mrs Tan!" She looked around & saw me smiling to her. Hence, I passed the box of chocolates to her. She was a little taken back at first then reacted right away. She said,"Oh! That's very sweet of you. What's your name again? (Look at the card) Oh! Carin! Thanks Carin!"
I said,"You're welcome." & walked away. Giggling inside & mentally over the moon, physically JUMPING!! :D Although this sounds crazy but only DebbieDear will understand the feeling of this. ;) Meet up Ms Jiang outside the staff room & I finally got to see a different her today! She was speaking with Deb & I with a friendly tone. I felt that there wasn't a barrier between us. :)
Then, after school dismissed, I rushed to Tampines Mall to get Famous Amos cookies for Mrs Loong. Quickly, I rushed back home to change & walked as fast as my feet could take to my primary school. Every year's today is unforgettable. I walked up to the second floor straight & knocked on her office's glass door. However, nobody came to open it. I then walked to the hall to see if she was there. She was sitting right across the hall & I walked to the other end from the back of the hall. I tried to open the sliding door but locked. -__-
While waiting for the morning session to end their celebration also Mrs Loong, saw Miss Bay. She is still as pretty! Chatted with her & she seems to be doing well too! Teacher & also a property agent! Waited for long & finally convinced Miss Bay to inform Mrs Loong that I was there. When the celebration ended, I was still on the phone with Deb & she came out from the hall asking whether I waited for long. Heeheeeee~ Passed her the cookies, hugged! & our convo was...
Me: Mrs Loong, here you go. Happy Teachers' Day.
ML: Oh! Thank you. Did you buy again?! Aiyo, at least you bake to let me try..
Me: Haiya, Ya ya ya.. I bake, I bake one.
ML: Oh! Okay, you bake one? Good good. (She actually believed? & the plastic still has Famous Amos brand... :D )
Me: (Was thinking: OMG! WHY YOU SO CUTE?!!!)
I wanted to take photos with her, however, the warm environment outside the hall was intolerable so we went to her office. Then on the way there, I told her that I was very sad that Fongfeifei passed away. She said,"At least she led a happy life & probably her time is up. You see Theresa Teng died at such a young age is also a pity. Compared to Fongfeifei, Theresa is more pitiful." I told her that Theresa Teng wasn't my idol, therefore, I don't care. :D
Went in to her staff room & I was ready to take the first pict.
Me: *Already prepared to take.*
ML: Ehhhh~ Wait wait! Lemme take out my specs first. I look ugly with specs.
Me: I take already!!
ML: Delete delete! Come come, let's take again.
After the first pict, she suggested to take another close up pict. Her right arm over my shoulder. (HEEEEEHEEEEE~) Totally over the moon okay!!!
Then, we catch up a little & she said that she will want to go out with me after my Os. YAYYYYYY!! Can't wait for Os to be overrrrr!!
Hugged before I was going off. Can't bear to leave... She walked me down to the canteen. Then one of her student came to her & started talking. Thus, I hugged her again & went off. I AM SO HAPPY TODAYYY!!! So many great things happened in a dayy!
